College Basketball Stars to Watch in 2010-11
November 9th, 2010 Posted in College Basketball News, Duke Blue Devils, ncaa basketball
The college basketball landscape is rich with star players who are destined to make the 2010-2011 season very entertaining. Duke will be the team to beat this year after winning the National Championship and returning stars Kyle Singler and Nolan Smith back in blue. Singler was one of the best players hands down in the NCAA Tournament last year and Coack K has a slew of young stars to throw on the court. Keep an eye on Jacob Pullen at Kansas State to have a huge season in his senior year in Manhattan, KS. The dynamic guard helped lead the Wildcats to a Elite 8 berth last March. Freshmen phenom Josh Selby is hoping to return Kansas to the Final Four with twin brothers Marcus and Markieff Morris manning the boards. Pitt is poised to be a Top 10 power out of the Big East with leading scorers Ashton Gibbs and Brad Wanamaker returning to Pittsburgh. There’s no shortage of star power in NCAA basketball this season!
