Stanford tends to be one of the better teams in the final polls before the season begins in the fall. This year may not be any different, because it’s going to be a year when the team has a lot of the same faces as last year. They are generally a talented team, though almost never a Top 5. They usually hover around #10 and will probably do so again this season. This doesn’t give them national championships, but it gives them fun opportunities to compete in the tournament. This team has a lot to be proud of, past, present and future, so we’ll have to keep an eye on them to perhaps make some surprise runs at the Final Four, this year or next!
