Michigan State won a game against the Illinois Illini to take the Big-10 regular season title. It takes a lot to battle out these kinds of teams. But the Illini were down big after the first half, but ended up taking the second half right to the Spartans. It’s an exciting time for the NCAA basketball world, and we’re in the process of guessing who’s going to be selected in two weeks and who’s going to be left out. Illinois is at #20, so they are probably safe, but it’s kind of hard to tell at this point who else is in and who’s out, especially for unranked teams. Keep a close eye on these teams in the next couple weeks, because what they do at the end of the season is more important than what the beginning looked like.
