Purdue vs Illinois

#13 Purdue played #21 Illinois yesterday and lost. Illinois was quite happy to have taken themselves back to the level of play that had gotten them into the top #25 in the first place. They had gone on a slide for a few games since they broke into the rankings in January, but their coach decided that it would work if they got back to playing the game that helped them beforehand. Illinois started really playing defense again and pushing the other team. Purdue, playing without one of their main players, ended up losing the game and playing one of their worst games of the season so far. This game will probably change the rankings a bit, but we’ll have to see.
