The hurricanes at luck again…

The basketball season is turning out to be good, or so fore other teams. It was the Hurricanes’ day while it was a bad one for the Dukes. Following the victory of the Braves, the Miami Hurricanes had beaten the Dukes. For over a long time, the Hurricanes have not been able to grab victory from the Dukes until their latest match. After a long journey of 45 years, they have been able to finally claim victory over the Blue Devils. The match was a close fight as the Hurricanes managed to win over the Dukes through a one point lead, 96-95.

The Hurricanes has had the advantage all throughout the game. The Hurricanes managed to score 15 consecutive points earning them the upper hand for the second half. The Hurricanes held up the plans of the Blue Devils to claim their victory following a defeat during the first conference. The Blue Devils had been failing to live up to their 2nd ranking as they experienced two losses in four days. It was way back in 1962, were the Hurricanes was able to defeat the Blue Devils. In the recent match, Jack McClinton contributed 22 points to the team to help them gain that victory over the Blue Devils for over a long time.
