Relentless to post a victory
February 6th, 2008 Posted in UncategorizedHere are the polls again. According to the Associated Press, the number one spot is held by the Clemson Tigers who are followed by the Kansas Jayhawks and the Duke Blue Devils. The Tigers grabbed the number one spot by winning against Tulsa last week. At the bottom of the list, Washington State fell into ninth. This is a drop from sixth. Texas jumped from twelve to ten.
Iowa State is looking quite good in their wins lately. They have won five of their last six games. When they go up against the Kansas Jayhawks, they will be a little more prepared. The Jayhawks are coming off at the number two spot in the national poll and are not going to give it up without a fight. Their leader, Darrell Arthur, normally scores between thirteen and fifteen points a game. Mario Chalmers is right up there scoring up to thirteen points a game. The Iowa State team has their work cut out for them to beat this team.
The UCLA Bruins will host the USC Trojans in the next match. USC has had six losses this season, while UCLA has had nine straight wins. But it could still be anyone’s game. If they can pull it together in time, the Trojans just may have a chance.
