Purdue vs. Clemson

Purdue University has to retool this year as the team is without there 2 leading scorers (Teague 14.3 points per game and Landry 18.9 points per game) from the previous season. Due to the lack of a great low post threat this years Boilermaker team seems to become much more perimeter oriented. The team’s coach Painter believes that this season’s squad has a chance to be his best defensive team ever. The Purdue Boilermakers are an unknown commodity. Their 3 wins came against lower-tier rivals, and their 4 best scorers are freshmen from a recruiting class that Rivals.com ranked 6th nationally.
