Pennsylvania’s Déjà Vu

With the 1st victory under their belts, the University of Pennsylvania Quakers are looking for this weekend’s Philly Hoop Group Classic Championship Round. The undefeated University of Virginia and defending ACC regular season co-champion, on Friday night are meeting in the 2nd game of the night session. The last time Pennsylvania and Virginia hooked up on the hardwood, they opened the season with each other and the date was December 1 (in 1992). This year, Pennsylvania also happen to play on December 1. This time they are playing at Villanova. The only difference from just fifteen years ago is that the game will be Pennsylvania’s 8th of the season.
