2007-08 Season is About to Start

Optimists see that many teams with a chance to play in a postseason competition. Pessimists see 231 that will not participating in a postseason tournament. There are twenty schools that are considered provisional or reclassifying members, and thirteen will count as Division I schools for the Ratings Percentage Index.
